Mindset & Motivation for Teenagers
Course Overview:
Mindset & Motivation™ offers guidance, motivation, and clarity for adolescents aged 12-18 who wish to deepen their self-awareness and enhance their relationships both at home and school. By embracing their inherent personality traits, teenagers can foster a more optimistic outlook on their future, supporting their journey toward becoming content, resilient, and accomplished adults.
Parents will gain valuable insights to support and mentor their children as they navigate school, make career decisions, pursue sports, and engage in extracurricular activities. Key components of the course include an online completion of a personality and behavioral assessment, followed by a detailed, personalized report for review by both parent and teenager, and a group session that introduces the DISC behavioral model.
The Vision Board Workshop consists of a one-hour online group briefing session that explores the purpose and benefits of vision boards, showcases examples, and delves into affirmations, values, and planning methods. Participants will also discuss various types of boards and materials, including digital options.
The Big Dream Goal Setting Workshop, a 90-minute online group session, allows participants to present and share their vision boards, reflect on past year’s achievements, challenges, and lessons learned, and identify and set SMART goals for the upcoming year. This session also breaks down goals into actionable steps and covers effective time management strategies.
These sessions provide practical tools and structured processes to help teenagers clarify their aspirations and achieve their goals effectively, creating a positive and supportive environment for their growth and success.
