Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website, registering for a program, purchasing a product or service, or accessing materials provided by Totally You-nique Educational Consultants, LLC. These Terms apply to TYEC and, where applicable, its affiliated programs and organizations, including Totally You-nique Institute of Excellence, Totally You-nique Financial Services, and the Totally You-nique E-Boutique. By accessing this website, purchasing or registering for our products or services, creating an account, accessing program materials, or affirmatively accepting these Terms when presented, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable website, service, product, or protected materials.
Educational Purpose and Professional Disclaimer
Information, coaching, assessments, training, courses, presentations, publications, videos, digital resources, and other materials offered by TYEC and its affiliates are intended for educational, informational, coaching, personal-development, professional-development, leadership-development, or training purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. Neither Dr. Pamala Brown-Grinion, Totally You-nique Educational Consultants, LLC, nor any affiliate, employee, facilitator, coach, consultant, representative, or program is to be confused with or represented as a licensed mental-health professional, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, or other licensed professional unless that individual is expressly identified as holding that license and is acting within the scope of it.
Our coaching, Emotional Etiquette™, personal-development, professional-development, leadership, trauma-informed educational content, assessments, workshops, and related services are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment, mental-health diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed professional. References to trauma, healing, emotional wounds, emotional health, behavior, Emotional Etiquette™, Emotional Genealogy™, Emotional Authority™, or similar concepts are educational and developmental concepts unless expressly stated otherwise. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek immediate assistance from an appropriate emergency or licensed healthcare resource.

Personal, professional, educational, career, leadership, financial, or business outcomes vary from person to person. Testimonials, case examples, educational illustrations, or statements about potential results are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome. Your circumstances, decisions, participation, implementation, effort, and factors outside TYEC’s control may affect your results.
Training Agreement
By registering for or participating in a TYEC course, training, coaching program, masterclass, workshop, seminar, assessment, digital program, or similar offering, you acknowledge that TYEC accepts your participation as a formal Training Agreement. Where applicable, your registration, payment, and acceptance of these Terms create a binding agreement between you and TYEC. TYEC reviews and updates its curriculum, instructional delivery, and facilitators in an effort to provide high-quality education and training. Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, tuition includes access to the designated training materials, and eligible participants may request a certificate of completion after satisfying applicable completion requirements.
Cancellation, Refund, Transfer, and Withdrawal Policies by Course
Unless a specific written course agreement, contract, registration page, or offer expressly states otherwise, all registrations, courses, programs, digital products, coaching programs, workshops, trainings, masterclasses, assessments, and related purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used during the period stated at the time of purchase. Your purchase may reserve access, materials, staffing, scheduling, intellectual property, or program capacity for you. Failure to attend, participate, access materials, complete assignments, or use a purchased service during the applicable period does not automatically entitle you to a refund, credit, transfer, extension, or substitution.
If TYEC cancels a program, TYEC may provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, which may include rescheduling, replacement access, a credit, or a refund when appropriate or required by law. If a specific course or service has a written cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or transfer policy that differs from this general policy, the specific written policy will control for that offering. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitations of Use and Account Security
Your registration and login credentials are for your exclusive use unless TYEC expressly authorizes organizational or multi-user access in writing. Sharing login details or allowing an unauthorized person to access protected program materials is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for activity that occurs through your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access or a security breach, you agree to promptly notify TYEC and reasonably cooperate in addressing the issue.
TYEC grants a registered participant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the applicable training during the disclosed access period. Unless TYEC gives written permission otherwise, training and materials are for the registered participant’s personal, non-commercial educational use. Other individuals may not access, view, or use materials provided to the registered participant. Where downloading or printing is enabled, a participant may retain reasonable portions for personal reference only and may not distribute those copies.
Intellectual Property
TYEC’s website content, courses, training materials, curricula, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, workbooks, graphics, photographs owned by TYEC, videos, audio recordings, presentations, publications, downloadable resources, program names, trademarks, proprietary terminology, and other original materials are owned by TYEC or used with permission and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing or registering for a TYEC offering gives you access to the applicable materials; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
Without prior written permission from TYEC, you may not copy, record, videotape, photograph, screen-record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, sell, loan, lease, sublicense, translate, adapt, create derivative training materials from, or commercially exploit protected TYEC content. You may not use TYEC program materials as the basis of a film, video, television or radio program, podcast, course, workshop, article, story, card, pamphlet, book, workbook, presentation, digital product, or other published or unpublished work. You also may not use TYEC materials to train, teach, certify, coach, or provide services to others, or permit another person to do so, without written authorization or an applicable licensing agreement. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and may subject the responsible party to remedies available under applicable law.
Photograph, Video, and Recording Policy
Photographs, video, or audio recordings may be captured during certain TYEC trainings, conferences, workshops, programs, or events. When appropriate notice and any legally required consent have been provided, TYEC may use such media for its website, social media, digital platforms, educational materials, advertising, promotional materials, publications, and other business or organizational communications. TYEC will not intentionally publish private personal information merely because an individual appears in a photograph or recording. Where applicable, participants will be given an appropriate way to communicate photography or recording concerns, and TYEC will follow legally required consent and privacy protections.
Website Information and Third-Party Links
TYEC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We may modify website content, programs, schedules, prices, services, descriptions, or availability, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law. Our website may also link to third-party websites, payment processors, social platforms, course platforms, or other independent services. A link does not necessarily mean TYEC endorses the third party. TYEC does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party content, privacy practices, availability, or security.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TYEC does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYEC and its applicable affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, protected materials, or services. These limitations do not apply where liability or a legal right cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TYEC and its applicable affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the website or protected materials, infringement of TYEC intellectual-property rights, or unlawful conduct connected with your use of our services.
Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
Totally You-nique Educational Consultants, LLC may operate SMS and MMS messaging programs. By separately and affirmatively opting into a TYEC mobile messaging program, you agree to receive the types of messages covered by your consent. Depending on your selection, TYEC may send marketing messages concerning programs, promotions, special offers, events, educational opportunities, and service updates, or non-marketing messages such as appointment reminders, registration confirmations, course notifications, purchase or order updates, account notices, and customer service communications. Marketing and non-marketing messaging consent may be collected separately.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into an SMS program, you authorize TYEC to send recurring messages covered by that consent to the number you provided, including messages that may be sent using automated technology where permitted. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the telephone number you provide. If your number changes or you are no longer the authorized user, please notify us at [email protected].
Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s terms and charges apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may cancel an applicable SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to a TYEC text message. Other recognized opt-out words may include QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE depending on the messaging platform and carrier. After your opt-out request is processed, you may receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive messages covered by that subscription unless you later opt in again. The mobile messaging program is provided on an “as is” basis and may not be available in every area, at every time, or through every mobile carrier. Neither TYEC nor its service providers can guarantee the successful, timely, or error-free delivery of every mobile message. TYEC may modify, suspend, or discontinue a mobile messaging program or feature as permitted by law. Changes to these Mobile Messaging Terms may be posted on our website, and continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Mobile information and SMS consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted when reasonably necessary to provide those services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the website, creating an account, purchasing or registering for an applicable product or service, accessing protected materials, or affirmatively accepting these Terms where presented, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction with TYEC. Where separate affirmative consent is required by law, including consent to receive marketing text messages, simply using the website does not constitute that separate consent.
Termination of Access
TYEC may suspend or terminate access to protected services or materials when a user materially violates these Terms, shares unauthorized access, misuses TYEC intellectual property, compromises security, engages in fraudulent conduct, or otherwise uses TYEC services unlawfully. Termination of access does not transfer intellectual-property rights or erase payment obligations that were validly incurred before termination, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law and Severability
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes to These Terms
TYEC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an existing contractual relationship will be handled as required by applicable law or the controlling written agreement.
