Dr. Pamala Brown-Grinion is the Founder and CEO of Totally “You”-nique Educational Consultants, LLC, the visionary behind the Totally “You”-nique Institute of Excellence, and the Creator of Emotional Etiquette™. For more than three decades, she has helped individuals and organizations transform how they think, communicate, lead, and show up personally and professionally. A transformational keynote speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, and entrepreneur, Dr. Pamala is highly sought after, and has served corporations, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, community groups, and professionals across diverse industries internationally.
Dr. Pamala holds a Doctorate in Executive Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Strategic Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, and an Associate’s in Business Administration. Her commitment to lifelong learning includes numerous professional certifications, including Leadership Development Coaching and international training in etiquette, manners, and life skills, just to name a few. Recognized by Marquis Who’s Who as A Woman of Influence, she combines education, lived experience, practical wisdom, and her signature Emotional Etiquette™ methodology to help people understand themselves more deeply and lead with greater intention, authenticity, and Emotional Authority™.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Pamala has lovingly nurtured a family of eight children, including four biological sons and four bonus children, and is the proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren. She is a member of the Rochester, New York, Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. When she is not working to transform lives, Dr. Pamala enjoys mentoring youth, traveling, shopping, watching a good movie, and, most importantly, spending quality time with the people she loves.

My name is Dr. Pamala Brown-Grinion, and I am the visionary leader and driving force behind Totally "You"-nique Educational Consultants, LLC, and the Totally "You"-nique Institute of Excellence. These organizations represent my transformative and distinctive approach to self-development. My passion for igniting the inner brilliance within each individual radiates through my work. As the founder and CEO, I am dedicated to guiding people on a holistic journey toward embracing their true, exceptional selves, personally and professionally.
My inspiring story begins in the heart of Rochester, New York, where I was born and raised. Consequently, this is where I continue to make my extraordinary impact. I have lovingly nurtured a family of eight beautiful children, including four biological sons and four other bonus children. My remarkable journey is painted with accomplishments of which I am very proud, as I have lent my expertise and services to diverse entities. Some entities are in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Specifically, I have worked with small businesses, corporations, K-12 school districts, colleges, universities, religious institutions, community and civic organizations, and service organizations.
I harness my wealth of personal wisdom, cultivated through my roles as a trainer, coach, consultant, and entrepreneur, to ignite a powerful metamorphosis in those who cross my path. I empower individuals to ascend to excellence, each on their unique journey. Drawing from my personal challenges, victories, experiences, and learned life lessons, I am impactful and deliberate about inspiring profound, introspective change with my clients.

I have also achieved certification in leadership development coaching from the esteemed University of Rochester Warner School of Business. Additionally, I am a certified trainer in Etiquette, Manners, and Life Skills from The British School of Excellence, a certified interior decorator, and a New York State licensed life insurance agent.
