The Totally “You”-nique Institute of Excellence is the philanthropic arm of Totally “You”-nique, with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status currently pending. The Institute was established to ensure that financial circumstances do not become a barrier to transformational education, personal growth, leadership development, etiquette, and life-changing opportunities. Through strategic partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and community support, we provide high-quality developmental programs to underserved, disadvantaged, and historically underrepresented individuals and communities, with a primary focus on girls and young women, particularly those from underserved and historically underrepresented communities. Our programs create opportunities for participants to strengthen confidence, leadership, communication, social-emotional development, professional readiness, and practical life skills while developing the tools needed to thrive personally, academically, professionally, and socially.

At the Institute, etiquette is only the beginning. Our trauma-informed programs are infused with Emotional Etiquette™, helping participants understand the emotions, experiences, and patterns that may influence how they think, feel, communicate, respond, and show up in the world. By combining Emotional Etiquette™ with personal development, leadership, dining and social etiquette, communication, confidence-building, executive presence, and professional readiness, we develop the whole person from the inside out. We believe true refinement extends beyond polished manners; it is reflected in how you understand yourself, communicate with others, navigate relationships, lead, and carry yourself.
