Totally You-nique Educational Consultants, LLC (“TYEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. By visiting our website or landing pages, submitting a form, registering for a program, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, billing information, registration information, appointment details, program enrollment information, survey or assessment responses, communication preferences, and information you submit through forms, questionnaires, applications, courses, events, or customer service communications. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. TYEC generally does not directly store complete credit or debit card information when a transaction is processed through an outside payment provider. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, mental-health records, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website form unless a specific TYEC service expressly requests that information through an appropriate process.

How We Use Your Information

Text Messages and Mobile Information

You may reply STOP to an applicable message to opt out and HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted when reasonably necessary to provide those services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Your SMS consent applies only to the communications for which you opted in, and simply providing a telephone number does not, by itself, mean that you consent to receive marketing text messages.

Neither Dr. Pamala Brown-Grinion nor TYEC or any affiliate should be understood as providing licensed mental-health services unless a particular person is expressly identified as a licensed mental-health professional and is acting within the scope of that license.
